Well, i was playing 2.7 toady and i have a few choice comments.1) they needed to list the weapon changes, "too numerous to list" doesnt cut it, my "feel" for the weapons has been thrown out of wack by some indistinguishable wep changes, I need to know them so i can compensate.2) THE STICKY BODY BUG IS STILL THERE!!!!!!!!3) the helmet bug seems to be in reverse now, several times i have popped guys in the head (blood and all) with half a clip plus rounds, and they havent died. I've also noted a lot of shots hitting the head but not even registering?!?!?!? Please dont take this the wrong way, i have been testing it since i started playing 2.7 3 hours ago, it seems pretty consistent. I get most of my kills from headshots so Im a good judge of whats hitting the head and whats not.3) M249 SAW = CRIPPLED I tested it, even with bipod the gun is less accurate than any other weapon, even at <50 ft. Perhaps im not going "cyclic" correctly. If im not someone please tell me how to do so.Elsewise the gun has had a severe injustice done to it by the moaning and groaning of a bunch of ppl who think all guns were created equal. They arent, I've seen the real SAW used as an assault rifle its so accurate, even at a slow gait or crouching. If ppl think the SAW is a "whore" weapon, they should try the MG's in DOD. They are very true to their real counterparts which means they are some serious firepower when put into stationary bipod position. The FA team should have taken a page from the DOD designer.4) M82 = AWP woohoo, now everyone is going to prone up with the barret and we is going to have a snipefest on everymap but iwojima.5) Golan = best map ever, but needs improvement. This map has just a few too many routes and a few too many spawn camping areas in the woods and near spawns. Other than that, hats off the deisgner for a sweet map indeed6) statement of thanks: Here is my contructive criticism, some ppl may disagree, and i WANT ppl to prove me wrong as i truly want to like 2.7I mean, its not so bad as im going to not play FA ever again. Indeed it is a fine release with some much needed polish and refinements. Besides they (the FA team) must be doing something right for me to be so addicted as to play hours a day. So to you guys, i say thanks! and please, please, fix the sticky body bug

wrongnever compare the m82 to the AWP...that's like comparing God to SatanIt's alot harder to snipe since u got alotta ppl around u and u got limited space to move around (you can't turn a full 360 or anything)all some1 needs to do is run a circle around u and your done 4

ok, true dat. In retrospect ur right, the m82 really hasnt changed to be n00b cannon. Before 2.7 i always thought the m82 was the most perfectly balanced gun ever in a mod, and i guess i can keep thinking that even now in 2.7

hmmmmm i actually am enjoying the new M60 model, looks a lot more beefy and is 1000% more accurate than the SAW.

I found the M60 to be rather inaccurate actually. You know who you should ask? the Fat man. I asked him and the M60 kinda made him frown a bit. It seems more powerful then the SAW... but I think the SAW will take over as the top MG. I WANT DOUBLE UZIS BACK. The sticky body thing has improved, but its still SORTA there. I still in firearms needs a friggon Flashlight. Even if they only put it on assault rifles(minus the G36E) and the M3. Bipods are nice to see. It's all the same as DoD as far as I see, and I like it. It's nice to see that Battlefield Agility now has a good use... for assaulters or MGers. I like the proning. And I havent tried all the new maps yet, but I'm sure they cant be that bad.Overall I give the Firearms team a B+, and a thumbs up on the 2.7 update.

I like it.I like the M249, it's an awesome defensive weapon. It has major drawbacks if you're moving around a lot, but that's what the FA team intended. If they made it too accurate, why would anyone use any other weapons? Lots of people were using the SAW yesterday, but I think that is more because it is new than any other reason. (Though having 3-4 people standing in the tunnels in Iwo Jima with bipods deployed on sandbags makes the other team's rushes... well... short lived...)I still like the M60, though it seems less accurate now. The bipod code is nice, though I was used to the "half-there" bipod code for 2.65 (You could crawl with the bipod depoyed ) I really don't find myself prone with the bipod deployed very often. I like to run around (I need the exercise ) and stuff my M60 down people's throats before pulling the trigger.P.S. [TA]-Me had a nice shot in Marie where he jumped on my back, giving me just enough time to turn and see the muzzle of a M82 about 1/8th an inch away from my face before I was respawning... Did I mention I mildly dislike snipers? P.P.S Grenades + Battlefield agility = Machinegunner's Bane

i did some testing on a lan game i made last night and it confirmed my suspicions. The SAW is as accurate (and as recoiled) with bipod as it is without it when proned. Therefore, having the bipod down is actaully a negative as there is no real accuracy increase and you cant move. The M60 seems a little less accurate though i am grateful for that as the half there bipod code of 2.65 made the 60 a sniper gun. At the moment im still giving FA a A-, though i would pay to find a complete list of weapon changes since they didnt feel like putting them in the changelog. If anyone at least knows SOME of the changes i would like to see them posted
