We are currently investigating an partial outage affecting the backend infrastructure.

0045 UTC - Mitigative action is being taken to reduce the impact of an outage with our cloud provider.

Players who are currently in-game may see intermittent responsiveness from game services.

In addition to this, the Login Queue may take longer than usual.

0237 UTC - Infrastructure recovery is complete, login queues are back to normal levels, and services are operational.

While this incident is now resolved, we will be investigating accounts that were online during this outage for any signs of corrupted data.
