[Resolved] Live Services Disruption

We are currently investigating a series of issues directly impacting the player experience related to Invictus Launch Week 2952.

⚠️ Character Reset Queue

Due to the volume of requests, character resets will be taking longer than usual to process. We are working to mitigate this queue as fast as possible, but as a precaution we will be temporarily decreasing the frequency between reset requests for all accounts.

🛠️ Duplicate Ships

A number of hot fixes have been deployed related to several issues that can potentially result in a player having duplicate ships. However, we are still investigating additional potential causes of this issue.

At this time, a character reset is not advised as corrective action to mitigate this issue.

🔎 Missing Expo Hall Access & Javelin Tour

We are currently investigating reports of inaccessible Expo Halls and missing Javelin Tour.

💸 aUEC Retention Problems

A series of services fixes will be deployed starting at 1600 UTC on 2022-05-27 to address this issue. In-game transactions will time out or fail for ~60 minutes while this fix is rolled out. After completion, backers will likely see their aUEC values deviate from the current displayed total. This deviation is expected due to the number of services issues present since 3.17.1 went live. However, values should be significantly more stable after the deployment of this hotfix.

2045 UTC - The UEE Fleet has found its way to Stanton. Character Resets limitation set to 1 per 24 hours.

1300 UTC - A hotfix has been deployed to further reduce login friction.

0600 UTC - A hotfix is rolling out to help prevent halls from duplicating.

1610 UTC - Another hotfix will be deployed shortly to address a freshly identified Server Crash.

[2022-05-26 Updates]

2042 UTC - A hotfix has been deployed to correct anomalous commodity pricing.

2340 UTC - We have identified and prepared a fix for a series of issues causing aUEC Persistence Issues.

2340 UTC - aUEC transactions will be suspended for ~60m on 2022-05-27 at 1600 UTC to deploy a hotfix.

1600 UTC - aUEC hotfixes rolling out.

[2022-07-28 Updates]

1820 UTC - In the weeks since the last update, a series of fixes have been applied to both the Live and PTU environments. As a result of these hotfixes and progress made on 3.17.2, this incident will now be resolved and any new issues found with 3.17.2 will be tracked separately.
