0130 UTC - Anomaly identified, fix is in-progress.

0400 UTC - Maintenance Mode activated while maintenance is in-progress.

0530 UTC - Maintenance Mode deactivated, Issue Council is once again accessible but not fully restored to operational status.

2006 UTC - Maintenance completed. We will continue to monitor for any new issues.
