1700 UTC - Initial notice and investigation underway.

1715 UTC - Problem identified.

1737 UTC - Maintenance in-progress.

1912 UTC - Site is now in Maintenance to complete updates. Error 500’s will appear until work is complete.

1945 UTC - Maintenance Mode removed. Downgrading severity and continuing to monitor site performance.

2110 UTC - Spectrum and RSI Site fully operational, incident resolved.
