[Resolved] PU Services Disruption

We are currently investigating an issue with Persistent Universe Services. While this investigation is ongoing, players can expect a disruption to PU Instance connectivity. Additional updates will be posted here as they come available.

[📡05-01 UPDATES]

2345 UTC - Persistent Universe Connectivity and Services are returning to operational status.

[📡05-02 UPDATES]

1500 UTC - We are continuing to investigate account issues that were a result of this outage.

2331 UTC - A backend services hotfix has been applied to reduce the number of aUEC errors.

[📡05-04 UPDATES]

1600 UTC - With the Persistent Universe Services stabilized, we are setting this outage to resolved.

Please note: There are ongoing investigations into bugs related to persistence that will be resolved in a future patch. Please consult the 3.9.0 Issues and Workarounds thread for the latest information.

[🚀 WORKAROUNDS] Players with accounts with any of the following major issues are encouraged to attempt a Character Reset:

• Crashing at Character Creation
• Error Code 16007
• Invisible Character
• Character missing mobiGlas
• All or most ships missing

If your issue is less severe we do not recommend initiating a reset at this time.

Please allow 20-30 minutes for the Character Reset to complete before logging back into the game.
