what do you think about the new glock 37?will it replace the ol ACP???

Eww.. I don't know.. I hear it uses a 'beefed up brass' shot. Plus, it's going to have the kick of a .40 with more control then the ACP. So, I'm thinking It will probably see a good use in the US Government.. And it is nice and cheap. Any gun that is pretty nice, I would pay 500$. Then again, I don't have 500 freakin dollers, so what do I know. I wanna see what Weazel says, then I'll edit my post to agree with whatever he says.EDIT: + What Weazel Said. 8)

LOL!!! i like the 10 + 1 but i guess you could get a double wide clip for ACP but i dunno glocks are love hate kinda gun and the 1911 has been around so long it wont ever go away entirely but i ALSO think a lot of Government will deff replace the 37 for the 20?was it? i didnt like that 1 it didnt fit my hand very well...

Also you can find old 1911 .45 ACP pistols that are high cap converts, like Kimber, holding over 15 rounds in a basically standard double-stack mag. Also as the general public is concerned poeple in the U.S. probably don't want to pay the extra price that will be coming from the .45 GAP round like the .357 SIG, which costs more than any other standard pistol round.

well i personally will still buy and use 2 guns when i turn 21...well, 3....45 1911 model (just a better looking gun than glock).either another .45 1873 or 75 model colt revolver or a .38 revolverbuy then i want to get a .22 for prac and cheaper round....

When I join the army I want a gun that will kill a guy or at least knock him down in 1 shot. From what I have read, I will have a choice between the Beretta Pea Shooter and the 1911. Lets, be realistic, how many headshots will I really make in the middle of combat? Prolly none, therefore I say give me a handcannon so it doesnt matter where I hit em. hehehe, I just BSed all of that. I hope there was at least some truth in what I just said

There is an ongoing controversy about the reliability and safety of current 1911s vs. other pistols and I think this about sums the situation up.

I'm gonna get a H&K USP Tactical.The gun is .45 and has an extremely low recoil.Alot of people knock it because of its huge size but I know someone who has one and he absolutely loves it.
