when you're not doing work...sleep dude, or eat somethingyou shouldn't even be posting or playing anything..
lol the caffine will just get him shaking again. All you need is a day off work to catch a sleep break.I know how you feel, i used to work a 7 day 60 hr week (having 2 really crappy jobs on top of a good one sux, but I needed the money). It's just too hard to sleep right if you work late. Eventually I got sick of it, quit one scaled back the other to 16 a week, and took 3 weeks paid vacation from the good one

I know how you feel, and my chaos woun't end till june when i graduate
I know the feeling . . . when I went to college . . . was up at 6am to go school on the city bus to be at school for 8am class wouldn't be going home until the last bus . . . getting home around 12:30am . . . then staying up doing homework or up having something to eat and watch some tv cause by the time I got home I wasn't tired anymore so didn't go to bed until 3am then get up at 6am and start all over again. Most of the time I was at the college editing my video's for my classes. So I know what's it's like not getting any sleep it's not fun but I couldn't wait until the summer cause then I get to stay up late and sleep the day away :( The right amount of sleep a person needs is about 7 to 8 hours. One of the best ways to fall asleep is to other put something really boring on tv or try listening to light music on low volume to help fall asleep. It usually works for me.
You are just overstressed. Take egzample from me.This week:MON: egzam from Quantum Physics - started learning - MON morning - probably (85%) passed.TUE: part-egzam from Optics - started learning MON evening (1 hour), TUE morning (1 hour) - definately (99%) passed.WED: big test from Numerical Recipes - started learning TUE evening (1 hour). WED morning (.5 hour) - (95%) passed.0 learning - effect maybe not eye-blinding, but effective and stress-less. Not to mention i have plenty of time to play FA, Morrowind, FF8(9), to sleep and to write on forums.
I read somewhere that sleep is very important, now i can't remeber the numbers but every hour you sleep less you lose efficiency. MON: get up at 6.30, take train. 2 Hours of logic, go home and study. TUE: Now i get up at 5.30 take my train to university. have a 2 hour class(development psychology, learn about the development about baby's), than 3 hours nothing, just hanging around in Leuven. than 3 hours basic of the psychological research get home study. WED: 6.30 2 hours of neurofysiology, get home study THU: normaly get up at 5.30 fore 1 hour of development psy(skip that one so i can sleep untill 8.30) 5 hours of nothing, 2 hours history of psychology get home study. FRI:nothing exept 8 hours of study...(first part of the year was way worse, failed every exame i had :( ) And than you got the tasks, observations, tests,.... And than to think i dont want to study Psychology but need to, need to do 2 years of university in human sciences to be able to do Antropology :(
