May 12, 200421 yr What the hell is ATI doing? The last two driver releases have been for Windows XP and 2000, but not for ME and 98.
May 12, 200421 yr Might be that ATI is doing what most companies are doing now. Only supporting the newest and most used operating systems.
May 12, 200421 yr lol who uses windows 2000? thats crazy because plenty of people still use 98 and ME
May 13, 200421 yr Author They announced a few months ago that they'd no longer support the older systems. So they're ditching their customers? Does this mean I have to upgrade? XP would probably make my computer run slower.
May 13, 200421 yr You don't need the latest patches anyway for the most part. If your computer isn't good enough to run XP, then it must not be good enough to run newer games, which is what the patches mainly fix, so there isn't much of a problem.
