Out of curiosity, has anyone had their fileplanet DL speed capped at 200kb/s? I had a subscription for a couple months and I was able to DL at 1.5mb/s (only half bandwidth, still good though). Heck I was even able to DL at that speed with my free account. Before I canceled my subscription though I stopped being able to DL at any more than 200kb/s. Its the same on my current free acct too. Everywhere else, my bandwidth isnt capped, and my testing still indicates Im getting my normal 3.0mb/s down. What the deuce is going on?

I just d/l'd the e3 hl 2004 vid 600megs at around 350mb/s from them.

gamespy hates me, its the only explanation

it hatesme even more, i only get 30-50kbps from them everwhere else i get 1.5-2mbs dl

I've never gotten anything higher than 200kb/s. Anywhere.
