May 16, 200421 yr Anyone notice anything odd lately about player stats ? As to being able to click on player name to see detailed stats. I = [TBT] Srg Shultz, [TBT] Col Hogan, [TBT] Gen_TigerHawk and [TBT] Maj. Wolfgang have all noticed in clan stats are names loosing clickability, dropping individual rank and clan rank. So the names have been used to get them skill-ranked again. But even after playing about 1.5 hrs each night for 2 nights, skills not viewable. Makes us wonder if 2 hrs continous is needed even though Taledro posted long ago that it is just 2 hrs in 14 days total. Could be dropping of older then 14 day stats I guess. But doesn't seem to explain why skills not coming back up.Anyway, no biggy.Cheers
May 16, 200421 yr The stats are set for at least 2 hours of playing within a 2 week period. It doesn't have to be continuous, but it only counts stats for the previous 14 days. If a player had 4 hours 15 days ago, it will not be counted.We set the stats this way to prevent players from playing for a few minutes on a map like Iwo Jima and end up ranking high. But the same player would not play ps_marie for example where he would not score very high. We found there were some players would would jump from server to server just to qualify with a high ranking on each server...this put a stop to this.I hope I explained this ok

According to stats: I played 2 min. on omaha, joined blues twice, reds once (sic! in 2 min. gametime!!!!) and got 14 deaths... that makes 1 death every 9 sec.. OK, i'm a bad player... I played 6 min. on desertcrisis, joined blues twice and got 19 deaths... I wonder if i can run fast enough (approximately 18 sec. hurdles) to reach the tunnel, get instantkilled, respawn, load the clips, again run, again get killed... I wonder if I could stand the game like that for 6 long min.... or maybe it was a bad timing... maybe blues were playing 'enemy at the gates' phase and all i could do is to stick my nose out of the base and (simply) get killed...
