Posted May 24, 200421 yr I came up with a mortar idea. Have it so that leadership is not usless. Make it so when you have art 1 and 2 then have leadership so you can bring up a map of where you want your marker to hit. that would mean youd have to have 20 kills to have the 3 skills. I think it is worth the thought. tell me what you people think.
May 24, 200421 yr Sounds pretty sweet man, but what about when the mortars are going without a leadership? Where the flag is? What if someone plants a flag after you've used that? Which one is it supposed to use? How many people can use this? One? If so, this person could stop everyone from using mortars? What if they were A.F.K.? So many questions they have to think about before implanting anything

I think that, that person should be the only one to use it oooor if there is another person that has leadership have it show all the markers planted and they can choose to use that one or one of there choice or plant one them selves. In other words everone could have there own Marker. and yes keep the plant markers to for if you don't want leadership or just don't have it yet. It was just an idea thought it sounded cool. If so there should also be a limit on how many leadership markers there can be. and maybe a time limit between each re request on it so its not being constantly spamed there and constant spam in several places. I don't know lol its starten to sound like it would be difacult to do and would take alot of work but it was a damn good thought lol. Also the time limit should be put on so they can't just move the marker over an inch etc... just to use it again and to try and avoid the time limit for them sneaky people who think they will get smart on us.

Simialar to place an artialry marker, except you can throw it ten feet infront...then one minute later, you see a jet fly over and drop a bomb/airstrike. May 24, 200421 yr viper, your idea is MUCH TO EASY to use.Then people would just throw markers anywhere they wanted to on the map.like outside spawns. Very unfair.
May 24, 200421 yr Author no my idea is alot dif from hes and that is why there is a no spawn mortar rule on alot of servers and thats why the timelimit on the markers inbetween uses would be good to have like a 5 minite limit or something. Which would mean they can't use the map method for 5 minites maybe 8. Then they would have to do it the old way for that time. and make the map method last for like lets say 2 minites if that. It would just give it a little bit of a more relizism thing. you would just have to set it up right so it can not be abused.
