June 4, 200421 yr About 20 mins ago i was just out driving for fun no real purposei drive a 01 integra GS-R stock manualI was going down a four lane road doing about 55 in a 50I pull up to a redlight just waiting. This porsche tubo pulls up.Right before the light turns green he starts reving to about 4-5k.Im like what the hell does he think im gonna race his porsche turbo vs my tegSo im like whatever ill just launch like 2-3k so i dont tire squell or anything.Light goes green his tires a squelling and i just do a little launchhe gets to the other side of the intersection starts slamming against the rev limiter.I get to the side of his car and shift to second at 6000I think he tried to shift than and he doesnt start accelerating (i think he misshifted)I jsut keep going hit 50 and stop accelerating this guy is way far back in my rear view mirrorIt was the funniest thing that has ever happened to me EVER.I was laughing for like another mile or two. So if he was racing me The first car i race was a porsche turbo and i wonvery bizzar

June 4, 200421 yr One of the funniest things I saw was a Corvette ZR1 (Yes, this was several years ago) blow it's engine trying to race a 911 turbo. I laughed for hours after seeing the 'vette driver's face...
June 4, 200421 yr One of the funniest "Street Races" I ever saw was between two crotch-rockets (motorbikes)I was down at my local corner store, picking up some milk for the morning. It was around 10:00pm, and just as I was about to enter the store, I turned and saw two motorbikes next to each other at a red light, revving their engines. So I stood there for a bit, waiting to see how this would turn out. When the light turned green, they both shot off, but before they could even get out of the middle of the intersection, one guy popped a wheelie, and apprently went too far back. The back wheel flung out from under him, sending the bike sliding down the road, and giving the biker a nice face plan+tumble.Remember kids, don't street race!
June 4, 200421 yr On my dads bike, we got overtaken by a porsche carrera Tubro... now bearing in mind that my dads bike is 124 bhp, revs to 12k and hits the limiter at 13k, has a fully tuned (and very loud) titanium exhaust system on. and will do 0-60 in 2,4s, and maxes out at 182mph!!!this porsche driver is relaxin and all calm and "i am teh big man here", so me and my dad decided to have a little fun, we run up and sit along site the porsche and he drops it down a gear, from 4th to 3rd, floored it, sped up my dad stayed with him without any trouble. (the guy in the carrera was really trying hard to get away)...we got along side this porsche (doing abou 75mph) and tapped on his wondow, dropped it down from 3th to 2nd and jammed the throttle open thinking we were in 4th, this almost smoked up the back wheel, but we put the front wheel in the air and ent past him in our back wheel at about 120mph. BYE BYE PORSCHE..its funny how he bought a $80,000 sports car, and was roasted by a $9000 sports bike...i am soon to be getting a 400 dirt bike (DRZ400) and thats gonna be FUN!!!
