ok i go to www.paypal.com and i try to log in.... but it says page can not be displayed but i send the SAME link and other ppl can see thae page.... wats with this???

Try deleting your cookies and try again

i tryed that and restarted IE and it dident change =(

Set all you IE settings to "Default" and try agin. If not, you may have a worm or virus in your system.

sigh it doesnt work... i guess i have a worm? what now?(a drive is down so i can't use boot disk) programs of any sort to help me???

Some site that use a feature to log into an account require that your browser's security features are up to date. Check your windows update. Windows update includes security features for internet explorer that some sites require. I bet anything that is your problem.
