As for how we pick our people...browse through our rules.Basically we do not make you try out for say. We look for people that work well as a team, play on our server a lot, and do not use bad language on the server. We try to keep the server very friendly to everyone that plays there. I am sure you have seen places where people shout "F.. you" after you kill them or crap like that...well that is the type of stuff we do not allow.I guess the best way to describe it would be sportsmanship. Feel free to join ventrilo when you are playing on our server...this is another way of us getting to know you.
