Yea - I installed this on our site earlier this week as well:

Great tool. It even supports BF (also DC) and BFV - even though you don't get the live movement feature that the metamod plugin offers for HL.

This tool is so great that it is turning into an ethical discussion among our team members. Some claim it could be considered a web version of wallhacking since you can see opponent movement. Think about players that have 2 pc's - one to play, the other to watch the movement. It's debateable - considering that the makers of the tool are the same that provide C-D :)

as taken from their forums,

I don't want anyone 'ghosting' using phpUA (using phpUA to find out where opponents are) when I'm running the phpua_mm Metamod Plugin. What can I do about it?

You can define a value for the phpua_refresh_lag CVAR in your server's autoexec.cfg in order to create a delay between what's happening on the gameserver and what's visible on phpUA. To determine what value to use for phpua_refresh_lag, use this formula:

delay = phpua_timer_refresh × phpua_refresh_lag

Therefore, if you would like to have a ten-second delay, and your phpua_timer_refresh (which is equal to Stream Interval in the phpUA administration settings) is set to 2, then you would set phpua_refresh_lag equal to 5. These should all be set in your server's autoexec.cfg.

that rocks!it'd be a good way for admins to watch the server and check out for hackers :)
Out of curiosity, how the hell would a server admin be able to check out someone for cheats using this? :\
Well - to Jason's point - this watch feature is a server side driven stream - based on the Metamod plugin. The 5 or 10 second delay is configured on the server. If tere is an admin that is handling a dispute, It should be easy to request the logs which list all of the CVAR settings etc. Of course they can be altered.... - but for really important matches like semi-finals r finals you would normally have a FAL admin with RCON monitoring theserver settings to ensure the lag setting is implemented during gameplay.
