July 10, 200421 yr 1 billion! The Interist on that alone is all i need. if you put that in a bank with the min. interist at 1% then you would make close to 10,000 the first day. and say you didn't spend all of the 10k that day it would be more the next. i think i would just spend 10k a day. then my family would be rich forever, and ever, and ever. i can hardly amagin what i could buy to lose 10k a day but a super comp., a car, and a house would be the first on my list. i wouldn't buy any land unless it was like beach land or something because i wouldn't wANT TO move away from the people. it would just be to boring.oh if your wondering who i am i go by <):-0)-{-----{ in FA

Let's say 3% to stay pessimistic - that's 3 MILLION dollars a year in interest. After taxes, that's somewhere between 1.5 - 2 MILLION (damn liberals) - that's a MONTHLY salary of about 125K to 166K - forever - you never use up your capital. You may laugh and say - "well if I were REALLY getting a billion dollars, I would do things differently" - when in reality that may not be true. There are a ton of broke lottery winners out there that squandered their winnings within a couple of years - making purchases just like they were joked about in here. Bought huge mansions with their money - only to find they cost about 25K per year in property taxes alone. So when the money was used up - they were sent packing...
