    I can't update using Windows Update, computer crashes. Run in safe mode, can't install. Parents wont let me format. In a tough jam here.

    If you were able to download but not install, you should still have the files on your computer. I'm not sure what folder they are downloaded to, but I'm sure a few well constructed google searches will find that out.
