need more info to be able to help. Did you have the case open for any reason, did a cable come lose, if it is new maybe the tech that setup your computer may have not seated the cables, maybe its haunted, maybe you didnt talk sweet enough to it :) :)

    try this....go to my computer..and right click on the CD drive then go to properties..check if it setup correctly check if the autoplay feature is on...troubleshoot if u need to in the properties..
