Just wondering...IMHO is it the best way to communicate in a clan with eachother, discuss problems, check tactics before wars/friendly's and to get to know eachother better.We worked a half year without irc and now 1.5 year with... and I can't imagine not using it anymore.Talking in real time with each and everybody, in private (1 on 1) or in a private channel (password protected) with clanmembers only.A forum is great and we also use our forum a lot, but also irc.Like I said in the first sentence: just wondering.

Making it obligated to use it does wonders 8) Nobody likes it at the start and finds it a <EDITED> looking program that isn't easy to use. (So did we and so do most new members that aren't familiar with irc)But opinions change and we are now wondering why we didn't use it sooner.

I use trillian instead of MSNand I deleted mIRC a while ago because I didn't know any good channels

mIRC is overly complicated for such a basic concept, when mIRC becomes more user friendly and makes more sense than maybe i will consider it beyond when i absolutely MUST.
