Ok im bored at work and i was just wondering what you people do for a living?Ill start off. Im in the United States Air Force and Im in Air Trans which means to you civilians is I load Aircraft with Cargo, Passengers,bombs,Hazmat, etc.. basically anything that would fly in the military.Mr"PORT DAWGS!!!!"

I'm in my final year of high school and I plan on going to college in state. I will probably study Mechanical or Computer Engineering. From there, I do not know.

school is my occupation.Art club is awesome, there are like 2 guys the rest are girls (4 or so). Kinda awarkward when the other dude left, one or 2 are cute so thats a plus.

hmmm...im a college freshman..but still a senior in high school. my major is manufacturing engineering, ive had about 3 years working in a machine shop and do a little CNC programming, very little CNC but enough to get by. After im gonna go to a four year college mabye outta state in Arizona and go to culinary school or mechanical engineering..ehh time will tell

I work in a Specialty Steel/Alloy Mill. We produce all types of Stainless, high temp, Tool, and specialty metals. As an example. There is , on average, 10 pounds of RAW Carpenter Technology Steel in every car made here in the USA. Smith and Wesson Gun barrels as well as Ruger to name a few.I work in a department that cuts and grinds the steel to make it free of defects and to get peices for testing. That way it may procede to the next process. I operate overhead cranes, saws, mobile equipment, grinders, leader welders, and trepanners. Like the saying goes. Jack of all trades. Master of none.

I'm an Asst Manager at a shoe store called Rack Room Shoes. i'm only 20 and i get to boss ppl older then i. i tell them to take out the garbage and to clean the bathroom. Also i plan on going to college next year to study Comp Engineering. its funny that i'm writting this post because right now i'm listening to Switchfoot "This Is Your Life". great song if ya'll ever get to listen to it.

I'm a application developer/systems analyst/project leader in training. I do some database programming for a logistics company (a.k.a. a trucking company) and work as a project leader for the school newspaper's web site. I also work with our chapter of ACM (a.k.a. the computer club) and our microsoft .Net user's group.I'm almost halfway through my junior year in college. Major: Computer Technology (CPT). I did Computer Engineering for a year and a half, and decided to change majors when I got mobilized with the Army last year. The new one is much more fun and interesting to me.a.k.a. super geek. :mrgreen:
