I think good trainings with lessons how to use the monitor's screen to have the good angle and the good lines position on the screen to make each time headshots!Egidio.

i use the red and blue vest's models too,gotta with out i might as well not playcuz i could n't tell the diff. between teams(have terrible eyesight)but it's ok for fal,so it should be ok with everyone else.

But snowcrash is cute about hacking, this guy is just damn disgusting.

The colored vests aren't bright. They give no advantage in any dark areas. They just help people tell the difference between the teams. I used them when I started playing (in 2.65, when the M60 would stop those famas dancers with busted stems) I stopped using them around 2.7 or so, after I had to reinstall and didn't feel like messing with defaults again.
