possiblyif the surgeries work out right and restore most of her face to..."normal"...condition than yes I could believe that.

 

I'm sure the parents have had nightmares of their own child a couple times.

Actually, if you read the bottom, the article dates back to November. It was just recently updated. Also, the child is already 2 years old. Definately not something new. I just hope that the future operations go well.
