Well I heard some ppl who had fa and other mods on there system that when they downloaded hl2demo, all of the mods just deleted. So I'm not sure..

 

The demo is 700 mb's (haha) so valve screwed SOMETHIN up there. The demo takes place in Ravenholme, maybe another part but I haven't heard n e thing bout it yet

eh not old to me. hmmmmm erase HL1 mods???/ weird....

I downloaded the demo through steam took awhile, but it didn't delete any of my other mods :?

 

The demo is the first level on the train and in the city 17. And it has level 6 which give you use of weapons and killing some bad guys. That's about it, it's to give those who doesn't have HL2 yet a taste of what their missing. Man am I missing lots

Hm, they released the game itself over a month ago and they were selling it even long before that. And now they decided to release a demo. Why such bright idea didn't cross they mind _before_ the release of the game itself?

Is there something wrong with the selling numbers or what?
