SQL course hurting brain

Featured Replies

SQL... invading brain.... 100 page notebook filled up in 4 days....

Under attack by large, ugly and complicatad "group by, having" statements with aggregate functions....

Someone...carry on the M249 torch!

Damn you Microsoft official cirricu!*blub blub blub*.....Drowns in a SQL query with 20 group by columns

And before you start thinking what's the difference between "right join" and "left join" take care that you don't havel sharp things, ropes, firearms, strong drugs and so on nearby

BTW, I suggest you to take also an Oracle course, very refreshing

<grins, ducks and runs away very very fast>

If you want an ASA SQL 9.0 database to play with, I have access to ones that have 100 tables with 50+ columns each. Email me if you want one.

Sorry for spam, but I was out of it this morning. I just couldn't sit through a 5 hour SQL class that started at 7am learning example after example after example with the teacher incessantly nagging "come on guys, you gotta know this, it's on the test" every 5 minutes.

Felt much better around 1pm when I decided to ignore the SQL homework and play CS:S. :D

Haha, I promised myself I would only play on the weekend during my course.... but wow, that flew out the window after about 15 minutes of starting my SQL homework when I got home. :D

Now I am paying for it though.... I have to finish the rest tonight after work :(
