Vesper that fiule wa sbeing saved to my desktop. his isnt me just making stuff up, besides if it was in my temp the dl time would have been 0 seconds. comcast has wierd days wher eit will allow me to dl with as much bandwidth as is available. it seems sometimes their caps are not on or working properly. i know i tohguht it couldnt be right because the first dl said 9000KB so i cancelled and restarted it. its back down to around a Meg now. let me go dl sometihng else and see what happens. just on cable, but the ability of the line is insane, if only they didnt have cap locks on :)
i bow down to your uber internet, just thinking about how much porn i could get gives me the willys 0_o

I have comcast as well, there are times where all of the sudden ALL and I mean ALL of their bandwidth is suddenly open to you. Its like you magically tapped right into their backbone.

Strange thing is that they recently upped bandwidth to 4mbs/384kbs and my net suddenly seems slower. Its weird, but then again I will be going back to college soon and so that makes it a moot point.

my max here is um 15 kb/s? soemthing liek that. and they dare call this cable connection. stupid apt complex

i wish i could sell some of my bandwidth cause I got it coming out the ying-yang
im an east coaster on comcast, that happens to me on good servers on a relatively regurlar basis, whatever they broke with their caps, i hope they dont fix it :-p
I believe Comcast just expanded to where I live. :D The other company didn't want to sell me DSL because I am too far away from their hub. So it was 56k for a very long time.
