Recently, they needed another reviewer to review ps2 and pc games, so I sent in an application and got accepted :cool: I think now they are gonna send me video games and I have to review them, I'm living the dream. March 27, 200521 yr I dont want to sound like sour grapes, because you are in fact living a dream, and I applaud you, but I respectfully disagree with your review (well written as it was, a rarity in gaming). blech, I was watching a friend, who happens to be a car nut, play GT 4, he didnt like it too much. Most of the "650 cars" were variants on crappy ricers and rallly cars. Also, frankly, the graphics blew. That rally game that was a launch title for Xbox looked so much better, even 3 years ago. This friend also said he wasnt too impressed with the physics, I would have to agree, seemed like he was doing a lot of fairly impossible things. Also, once again, no damage modeling. Forza motorsport is going to absolutely blow GT4 out of the water.
March 27, 200521 yr get me a job for PC games do it. oh, and good luck with Devil May Cry 3 that's THE hardest game ever on the Ps2. Look at other reviews, they agree with me
March 27, 200521 yr Author Defcon, I somewhat agree with what you have to say, the new physics engine is definently different than what it used to be, the cars feel much lighter and handle very strangely. As for the graphics, odbviously there are better looking games out there, Xbox is simply a much better console than PS2, Forza Motorsport will kick GT4's ass easily, and even Rallisport Challenge 2 looks a lot better than GT4, but the game is good considering what the developers had to work with No damage modeling is also something that should've been worked on, games like Toca Race Driver 2 have this feature and it makes it much more realistic. However, I still think this game deserved at least a 9 out of 10 because I have not found a better racing game for PS2 so far. TY SharpShooter 6 Caste/Unwanted Hero, I would like to get you a job but I don't think they have any openings now. IF somebody leaves you'll be the first person I contact though

March 27, 200521 yr Author Umm, I don't think they have any other jobs :x Reviewing is the only job a kid can I have unless you are uber smart, the guy who hosts the server is 17 and his a genius. (1st paragraph) That isnt a complete sentence....we just went over this in writing skills gotta be on your toes

March 28, 200521 yr Author don't blame me, blame the editors! *runs* sock, i don't know if i get paid yet, i need to talk to someone who hasn't been available lately. I know getting free video games is pretty awesome to begin with, but yeah I'm pretty sure I get paid (although its not gonna be like $100,000 a year )
