The map was iwo and I saw some guy named "NaziSoup". He started making racial comments like "f.ag"(without the period) and kept bypassing the filter by saying stuff like "this is so fukcing g.ay" and things like that. Please check the logs at around 6:40-7:00 pm. Macgyver and two other admins were on at the time. I then reported to Mac that this guy was bypassing the filter and being racist, and he just said something like "Nazi is appropriate here" and then I said (which I'm sorry for saying) "Okay, so you ban a member for being in a clan for a DIFFERENT game, but you don't ban people for bypassing the filter and using racial comments? gg TAC".

 

Then I was banned.

 

This REALLY doesn't sound like something Macgyver would do..

I told you, you're going to be banned. You didn't want to listen I would back you up in this case but I don't like to play against you so... well, you understand

 

On topic: I am afraid it was none of your business and you shouldn't really interfere with the internal tac issues (well, can't this banned guy speak for himself?).

 

BTW: server is inactive now so if it's 1 hour ban you'd join later.

 

Regardless of what I wrote above GL when you'd join the server.

i suspect some of the SC havent heard about this. its prolly a temp ban, still quite surprised at this though.

 

one of the reasons i no longer play on TTP was because of the way they adminned. Way way back it used to be ok. (but i think they lost their way somewhere in the long night of various RCs)

 

and i actually do like playing against ripper. i like playing against most competitive players.

oh and BTW, me and Mac talked about it just awhile ago in the server, it's all cleared.. He didn't notice the Nazi guy bypass the filter, apparently, Nazi isn't a racist comment on TAC anymore, and he also said that I was giving attitude (can't complain about that ) but that's only if I don't get my way =o

Let this be a warning, then, to anyone who decides to try and mouth off to TAC, on our server. Glad you settled it, but please don't act like that again.

Ripper has been banned many a time here so it takes a lot less for him to get banned.

 

Matter of fact. One rude comment, determioned by the admin, will result in a ban. Meaning. Poor attitude ='s faster ban.

 

FYI.

 

Nazi soup was a skit on Saturday Night Live. The word Nazi is bad in MOST situations but not this one.

 

It is not the peoples determination of what is right or wrong here on our server. Pointing out things to the Staff or Admins on duty is all you really need to concern yourself with. Once that is done. Drop it if you do not agree with the decision.

 

We at TAC have had enough of Rippers poor attitude here. Why do you think he was kicked out of our clan?

 

Next time I see a GG TAC or anything like it that is disrespectful to another etc etc. Kiss your Steam ID and IP good bye for a long time.
