PS3 and NR Revealed

Featured Replies

That Revolution system looks so nice. It's supposedly going to be able to compete with PS3 and Xbox360 this time.

i would just get the revolution for the awesome case.

if its cheap enough i would buy it

i have my eyes on the PS3 for now. i'll get it when the price goes down

Until today, nothing can replace the good old keyboard & mouse for gaming very good and have good control on our character...

Except for simulator who need Joystick & Throttle for to can to fly!

Egidio.

I think the revolution design looks a lot more like a PS3 than the actual PS3 does

oh, and check this out:

wow....thats really amazing...those arent really real graphics are they? and those enemys look kinda like the (as i call them) "Cult Freaks" from Resident Evil 4. now if only their heads would asplode too...(the ones in Killswitch i mean) :lies:
The best system of 2005 is clearly this. Screw the NintendoWTHarewecallingitthisweeksupersecretshhhh. I'll admit I may buy an Xbox360 and I definately will buy PS3, but the release dates are way far apart.

Why the psp.... imo, its a waste of money. the system costs as much as a full console right? As of now, even though I admit the games are much better than the DS, I don't see the system worth 200-300 bucks, or the games worth 40 to 50 each.

as far as the xbox 360 and ps3 goes, I'm not getting them, unless something happens and they turn out to be the best thingi n the world. That or i get one for free. :lies:

but IMO, they arn't worth paying the cash. Like i said on a different forum, I'd rather upgrade my pc with 500$ than getting an xbox 360 (500 is their proposed price atm... pfft)

I intend to switch from PC computing/gaming to Apple computing and console gaming for college next year. The PSP is great because its graphics are on par with PS2 (in most cases) and its portable; which is great since I travel alot. I thought the PSP was overrated too, at first, which is why I didn't reserve one. But after using one, and reading up on what the Japanese/Koreans are doing with theirs I had to have one and I'm going all out on it. WiFi web and email, unit to unit multiplayer with no player cap (depends on game), multiplayer via WiFi, crisp video playback, I could go on and on. Don't even get me started on what you can do with a 1gb mem stick. In English some friends and I hop on the school's WiFi and multiplay Untold Legends (think Diablo 2) and Ridge Racer. If you were the only person in your area with a PSP and there were no hotspots for WiFi around I can see how it might seem like an overpriced gameboy.

no, that's real timeabout 90% of that is ingame

Personally, I've got my eyes on PS3 for sure. It's gonna be great. Also, depending on how many games are slated to come out for Revolution, I might get that too in the future. Having read up on the XBox 360, it looks like a steamin' heap of poo. All Microsoft is doing is loading it with all this fancy hardware crap instead of worrying about making a truly good system or a good library. XBox had like 4 good games. Halo 1&2, and Mechassault 1&2. That was it. There might have been more but thats all I know off the top of my head. Also, whats the deal with everyone saying the XBox 360's graphics are so much better. Everyone worries so much about the graphics that they forget that they are playing games, not looking at pictures. Honestly, the graphics difference is so minimal thats its stupid to fight. GO PS3!!!!

P.S. - I had an XBox 10 years ago. It was called a computer at the time and had a keyboard. I still have one too. And it's better!

I agree the PS3 does look pretty cool. But, if it is really $500 dollars??? Thats insane! I bet you could upgrade your computer and make it better then the PS3 for that much! The only reason or way I would get one is if it came with 1-2 games and everything else I needed like 2 controllers because those end up costing like $20-$30 dollars anyway. I don't think you need a memory card no more. That would prolly be the only way I would get one.
