Some proofs are easy. I mostly hate proofs that begin with words: "We operate in space of Hilbert/Banach/whomever else", becouse they require the perfect knowledge of operations available in that space and i can NEVER remember what are those. That means using some clever trick-of-the-trade and i never know what is that.

Toxxys, i have a question for your dad. If my friend will not know the answer to this he can fail his laboratories.When we have a monocrystal and we light it with laser beam we get a difraction image on screen - dots making rectangles as per Miller Signs. But when we want to get real image by inserting additional lens, we get the same image only turned by PI/2. WHY ?Is this some monocrystal speciality ?

:?: Toxxys' Dad here. I'm afraid you've ventured into an area for which I have little experience. My only guess is, scattering normally occurs at 90 degrees, or Pi/2. This is what makes the sky blue, as the blue rays of the sun are more easily scattered while the red rays pass through (which also gives us the red sun in the evening). I haven't worked with monochrystals, nor have I worked much with LASERS.Perhaps the lens has a polarizing effect on the LASER which impacts the diffraction pattern? Sorry that I can't be of more help.

For me summer means: Lots of free time to chill with friends, lots of swimming (I have a pool), lots of diffrent sports like road hockey, rugby, lacross ect..., time to spend on the the computer (I'm finally gonna upgrade it this summer :-D). And this summer will be the first summer I have worked!

Ya summer normally sucks for me too becasuse like other people sad they neever see there friends because theres moving or switching schools or stuff but still theres more time to play firearms.

my school is kinda weird...its a technology school. u pick a tech that u stay with for ur time at school. I picked manufacturing. Hehehe i got a d in that. For my summer im goin to take geometry 2 and spanish 1rst semester. Then comes the football conditioning. Then im going to drivers ed on tues. through thurs. next week. Its gonna be a 7 hour class!!! Although its shorter than regular school. At least theres gonna be a chinese buffet and a pizza man next to it. I think im goin to eat pizza on tues. chinese on wed. and pizza again on thurs. im think im gonna take the 5th year at my school so when i graduate ill have my a.s. degree and dont have to take summer school......ehh 8)
