I have a feeling there will be lots of TKing to get in planes and choppers the first day :peace: Also, any idea if the Gulf of Oman has a 64-player version? If I'm not mistaken it's only 16 or 32 on the demo right?

As with other Armory servers, we will do our best to make it a nice (and friendly) place to play. We want to focus on "teamwork" as our main theme, and hopefully we can motovate others to follow as well. FF was turned on to create an environment of realism where players must be conscious about how they deploy their weaponry. This will prevent players from firing indiscriminately into a crowded area without concern for their fellow teammates. The server has a function to ban players for one round if they are not forgiven by their teammate after 7 chances (teamkills). The "forgive/not forgive setting is set to "7", so that should give ample chances to allow for a few accidental teamkills. We will also have many Admins on duty, as well as the big "Banstick" .
June 22, 200520 yr the problem is even when its peoples own fault they still punish, if they run in front of your car or run into your artillery when you tell them to clear out.

June 22, 200520 yr Well, my feeling is, if someone continually runs in front of others intentionally to force a tk on them, that is as good as a tk, and deserves a kick if not following advisories to cease and desist. It can happen accidentally, and it's been noted that the vehicles kill quite easily. As far as getting punished, like I said, if the guy doing it keeps doing it, kick him.. TFD
