August 17, 200520 yr Sorry about your foot. "Aaaaa, medic !!" (FA sound) :flame: As for messing up with that chicken and being member of KFC, that'll be 50 pushups. j/k. ROFL, that's freakin funny Hogan :flame: Oh and Boja, rip that blister off and draw a smiley face with a permanent marker in its place. Cause somebody told me once that laughter is the best medicine. It worked for me.
August 17, 200520 yr Take a pic wheb it turns black and dies lol j/k pretty bad night, I wish you luck.
August 17, 200520 yr Author Well today i woke up and now it doesnt hurt AT ALL. Theres still some redness and my skin has that weird burny look that you get after a severe sunburn. The blisters are now about 1/2 inch each and really really puffy. I'll see if i can get a pic EDIT: My mom didnt let me take a picture with her nice digital camera. She insited that we put a bandage over the blisters. So i'll describe them to you. Like I said, theyre about 1/2 inch each, an inch of bubble total, on the bottom part of my big toe. Theyre really puffed out, at least a centimeter and a half. They have a greenish tint to them, which according to our medical book, means theyre probably somehow infected. Also, you guys were right, it is a 2nd Degree burn
August 17, 200520 yr pop it with a needle if itsa infected. thats my GUESS(dont listen to me i have no idea what im talking about, i just wanna help )
August 17, 200520 yr Author whatever You Do, Don't Pop The Blister!!!!!!!! After You Pour Just Cooler Than Room Temperature Water On The Burn, Apply A Band-aid Over The Blister. I Know It's Itchy And Fun To Scratch But Don't I Repeat, Don't Pop It!!! Yeah not gonna happen steveo
August 17, 200520 yr Author I'm obviously gonna just wait it out and hope it doesnt interfere with my trip to Giants stadium next week. The book said it could take up to 10 days, which would not be good
August 17, 200520 yr im guessing the chicken was pretty much cooked, but if it wasnt you might have got salmonilla (sp?) or something like that.
August 17, 200520 yr Just don't get chicken pox. ...ok yeah, that was lame :flame: hope you feel better soon Boja >_>
August 17, 200520 yr what should he do if its infected paramedic? If it's infected, keep pouring cool water on the foot and change bandages periodically. If it, for some really odd reason, doesn't heal better. I advise Boja to see a physician IMMEDIATELY. The WCS (worse case scenerio) could be that the foot has some internal bleeding. If that's the case, don't put pressure on the foot and ask your parents to buy you a crutch or a cane for the foot support. Any questions?, don't hesitate to msg me on MSN at hockeynightincanada@hotmail.com or post a reply here. - Paramedic
