Pete Puma was a Bugs Bunny Enemy. He drank Tea and Bugs would ask him how many lumps of sugar he would like with his Tea. he would say thhhaaarrreeeee or foooouuurrrr. ANd Bugs would wack him over the head and give him his lumps.

 

After a while Pete would say "A whole lotta Lumps!"
