The only reason I have it set at 5:30 is becasue theres only a good few that practice hard and train to get better times. I have about a 4:24 average time myself record is 4:13 im only 14 though

i have a hard time believing you can run a sub-4:30 mile on average and your 14. guys on the crosscountry and track team who have many years over you can barely run that.

Fine dont believe me and just so u know its easy to get a time in undewr 5:00 the problem people may have is that they dont run they jog or they slow donw half way through because their tired if your good you can keep a good fast pace keep that pace for the whole race except for the first 200 meters where i sprint and the last 200 meters where most races are won and lost. And as some may know If u can get your stamina up so you can do more vigorous activity longer.Take that shove it in you pipe and smoke it!
well if you say you can, then ill take your word for it. i wouldnt rely on sprinting on the end though. races are won in the middle where you can gain a lead just in case they sprint.
