October 31, 200520 yr Quite seriously, when looking at the incredibly low-res 'official' screenshots, I nearly made up my mind to not buy it. It really seemed the EA/DICE team did no research into Special Forces at all and just threw in what they thought would be cool. No Specials forces I can think of us a crossbow. Actually the LRPs in Vietnam use to use them with the montigard scouts but now probly not

November 4, 200520 yr Milk. It does a body good. Milk. It makes EA richer. "Good answer good answer" lol.
November 4, 200520 yr I'll get the expansion pack. looking foward to a lil fun with the jetskies, and some mountain jumping with the atv's while doin a james bond stunt here and there.
November 4, 200520 yr you're darn tootin im getting it :peace: . i love the game more than i hate the bugs. so i can cope :peace: one kit that i think they should incorporate into the game should be a scout kit. a guy with sniper like camo on, quick sprinter. equipt with binoculars, laser targeting for aircraft. and maybe just an mp5 or something. an of course the new flashbangs . that just my opinion. it'd be cool to have a scout in the squad. who advances ahead of the rest of the squad pointing out enemy infantry and other hazards.
November 5, 200520 yr the vietnamese used sharpened sticks too but those arent in the game. i havent seen too much of the game but it looks liek americas army actually they do have sticks in the game(BF:V)I used them, you put them in the ground, which then makes spikes :peace:

November 23, 200520 yr I'll give it a week or so. I want to see if it holds up with the rest of the guys. Not yet adjusted all the way to BF2. Will the tournaments be shifted to include the new pack?

November 25, 200520 yr Correct me if wrong, but i heard from someone that with bf2:spec ops add on installed, you can play regular bf2 and still have access to additional weapons only provided from spec addon ? if true, a dasterdly attempt in my opinion to favor in game those that have it and induce those that don't have it to get it.

They aren't really forcing you to buy the expansion pack, but now people will be angry that some people have guns that you don't.
