Posted November 12, 200519 yr I'm sure you've all heard of this mod before: http://www.insurgencymod.net/ but, somebody over at World at War posted their new media update, and it looks amazing http://www.insmod.net/images/media/Teaser_Nov11.jpg now that is what city combat should look like I must say, that screenshot alone got me pumped for this mod.
November 12, 200519 yr ohhhhhh yes. finally something that looks awesome graphic-wise and is going to be cool game-wise. for PC anyway. but that looks like it is really shaping up to be a great mod.

November 14, 200519 yr If you can sprint, heal, and select fire. Add the better graphics. I hope it will be good. DOD:S is a close version of FA. It would not take a knowledgable team much effort to reskin, and code a few weapons. Time will tell.

What made FA to me was being able to pick everything from kevlar to each weapon...then based on skill upgrades you could do other stuff. That is what made FA to me...I know it sounds crazy since I was one of the big anti-FA people. If they had the graphics like posted in that pic I would still be playing.

November 15, 200519 yr What it is coming down to these days is not who has skill but he who has the best computer to run the games with all the needless graphics. Not everyone can keep up with all these demands. My system is o.k. and runs things well now but in 3 years when this mod comes out LOL it will be outdated anyways so .........
