November 20, 200520 yr On a positive note, you gotta love it when you shop around for highest estimate you can get, then present that to ins com for bigger cheque then one needs. Long time ago i got rear ended. the flexible Cougar bumper had few inches of plastic striping broke off with scrape discolorations and very slight wrinkle in hard rubber. Estimate place said can't fix, have to replace whole thing. I got big ins chq and didn't bother with the bumper as after time wrinkle dissappeared and i had better uses for that $1000. ;-)

Here is what I suggest... - Get checked out with a medical professional, so you have that in your recods with the results. It will be needed for any civil action. - Contact a lawyer ...most will give free consultation. ...the parents are responsilble for their daughter and their vehicle. - Most importantly, take the day off and reflect on the events and how you are going to pursure them.
