Instead of another young VS old match how bout switching it up a bit. Something like oldest, youngest, second oldest, second youngest, and fill the teams like that so there is a mix of experience and skill. I'll let you decide which of those two explain which echelon of the clan members.

how many hours ahead of us are you in Poland BH?

Plus 6/7 hours (east coast time) - whether it's 6 or 7 depends on the time change (in Poland we already have 'winter time'). Usually it's plus 6 hours, so when a game is scheduled at 9 p.m. it's 3 a.m in Poland (Europe)...
