Posted December 20, 200519 yr for a bad arse server that hosts killing joy and co operative teamplay. Until I break down and buy SF to play on the SAG server this is my home. Most of the folks I play with in your crew listens to commands when they join my squad or while under my command it is the way the game was meant to be played. Makes the game super D fun. (corn) White Nine and Cleatus nice playing with ya, I have played with others just can't remember there names off hand. Don't worry you are all cool. 32 years old (I think) and lay low in Dallas, TX 9 years 9 months in the Marine Corps as a Jet Mechanic now I am between jobs as a Air National Guardsman waiting on the acceptance into the Wild Blue Air Force. I hear quality of living is better there. Well my clan Sagnasties are all older people who cuss and drink so that is a warning before some of your youngins all wet behind the ear check out our site www.sagnasties.com. We oughta scrim, post it on our site I'm sure we would oblige! Bluntman and Cujo are the heaavies so get at them about the scrim or just post a challenge calling us out I'm sure they will like that! Sorry my typing is a bunch of random thoughts.
December 20, 200519 yr Good to hear you had a good time with us. A scrim could definately be in the works. Holla back at us.( I'm old but I say this anyway ) Nice site btw.

December 21, 200519 yr Welcome to the server and forums. I agree, the USAF is the best service to enter. I spent 24 years in the Air Force Security Forces, so I can tell you I know you will like active duty in the Air force.

December 21, 200519 yr SwollenGrape, Thanks for stopping by and checking us out. I was also stationed at NAS Dallas, and NAS Ft Worth JRB. Got out of the Navy in 1999. (AE) Decided to stay in DFW area, I hope the Airforce is good to you and would have to agree thats a good choice, they tend to take better care of there people. Flipster, one of our younger members is thinking of joining the USMC, any advice to him would be greatly appreciated, because he isn't listening to me. ( I told him to go Airforce. ) Anyway always a pleasure squading up with ya and will deffinately see you around. Cleatus
December 24, 200519 yr Author Cleatus! I was talking to you in game yesterday I'm just now getting back to the forum. Didn't realize you were stationed at NAS FTW too. We were in the same place at the same time. I was an ADJ in VMFA-112 at NAS Dallas. You must of been over there with VFA-201? Flipster, I'm not gonna say let me smack you in the head so you can gain some sense. I would say be a Marine first then go off to another branch, for some reason this keeps you from doing bootcamp all over again for any other branch, lol. Besides once a Marine always a Marine. Here is another idea...it doesn't matter which branch you go into you will end up visiting one of the Stans. Atleast in the Air Force you will have a room to yourself with A/C and (whoa I just noticed the snowflakes falling on this page) uh...and cold drinks in the fridge when you get off of work at 1600. In the Marine Corps you will get to sleep in huge tent with sand for a floor. The same people you work with all day will be your rackmates. You will have to put up with snoring, stinky feet, dark thirty games, fools listening to music when you are trying to get some sleep the list goes on and on. Oh...there is more. Truly it is what you make it so volunteer for everything you will find this keeps you out of trouble and when it is time for a hook up, your name comes up first, when it is time for a promotion guess who name comes up first again? So...take it chow to chow, weekend to weekend, enlistment to enlistement and before you know it you will be retired with free medical and retirement pay from day one and free AMC flights Conus and Overseas...I'm rambling now. I really miss the Corps been out for a year and 10 days. PM me we can talk more seriously.
December 24, 200519 yr I was in VF-201 prior to them getting the Hornets. I got to work on them F-14's I hear the 18 is alot easier to work on. Take care man.
December 24, 200519 yr if Flip wants to know about the USMC, he could goto the WaW forums' subforum Weapons/Military, because alot of those guys have input on what the USMC and other armed forces are like. just thought id add this, because there are a few guys on there that are currently in the USMC.
December 27, 200519 yr welcome ! I played with him last night, and he is a good guy, and fun to play with.
January 2, 200619 yr Welcome, SwollenGrape. Wow, so many airdales here. I also worked on F/A-18 Hornets. I was an avionics technician with VFA-192 station in NAF Atsugi, Japan for almost 4 years (I got out of the Navy in 2004). Anyways, enjoy your stay.
