Posted January 27, 200619 yr Yes, this is it. The final end. Today i had my last meritorical lecture, last coloqium. After 16.5 years of studying it's finally over. I am free... for at least 8 months (if my plans don't backfire). From today on it's nothing but lab, lab and lab. Meaning lots of work, many mountains to level, many people to kill etc... ... ... ... ... Maybe in a few months i will be back playing on TA server. For that i need a new computer first (for which i am diligently saving).
January 27, 200619 yr you were studying something that had to do with really complex science and robots and stuff right? 16.5 years is a lot, i sure hope you get a job that pays very well oh, and Congrats!
January 27, 200619 yr Congratulations man. I wish I had your mental fortitude, best wishes in your future endeavours.
January 27, 200619 yr congrats MM, now your should download this song.. Tom Petty - Free Falling... it's a good song for people who completed a milestone.. enjoy!
January 28, 200619 yr Author and stuff right? Mostly THE 'stuff'. It is commonly refered as 'physics'. I grew so fond of studying, that i am planning to study further and further. In about 8 months (more or less) i plan to undertake PhD studies. That's another 4-5 years. Then DSc... then... then... it may never end.

January 28, 200619 yr Now when are you going to travel and come to the USA? I have a Computer and Bed you can use.
January 28, 200619 yr Author Oh yes, in case one misunderstood me, i don't have a degree yet. THAT is still ahead (4-7 months). It's just the end of all the lectures in the uni. When i get the degree expect something more than just plain happy post When am i coming? I hope that PhD studies will involve abroad ventures, but US is low on the list.
January 28, 200619 yr he was asking what all the dedication is going to lead to. IE, what kind of job
January 28, 200619 yr Author 'Dedication'? It's a normal studying course here (and anywhere i believe). Anyway, for me - exploring the further reaches of applied physics in relation to nanostructures. That is - lab job.

That is - lab job. Hope you get it. That would be an interesting job. I have always had very strong interest in new discoveries attainable in labs. With the tools (education), supplies and place to work on new discoveries, I would be lig a pig in mud. That's happy. I watch a lot of science and discovery channel stuff.
January 29, 200619 yr Congrats, you finally made it to the top of the hill now the fun part going down the hill
January 29, 200619 yr good job Ky. that's a lot of time and effort put into school. i would never be able to get a good job with my attitude :/.
January 29, 200619 yr Author Heh, i am surprised i got where i am with MY attitude and lazyness. TigerHawk -> the top of the hill is still ahead, but at least nothing blocks my view of it right now.
