February 6, 200619 yr Final scores: Seattle Seahawks = 10. Pittsburgh Steelers = 21. I think the first touchdown from Steelers was "wrong"! But winning by 14 if was not 21. Egidio.
February 6, 200619 yr that was a very good game. But the halftime show sucked. Mick Jagger lost all his talent, and he looked like a complete moron dancing around like that
February 6, 200619 yr That was the worst officiating I've ever seen at a SuperBowl. So sad... :peace:
February 6, 200619 yr Mick Jagger lost all his talent, and he looked like a complete moron dancing around like that you mean complete heroin addict? my wrists are thicker than his legs but yea, other than the horrible officiating, was a decent game.
February 6, 200619 yr That was the worst officiating I've ever seen at a SuperBowl. So sad... :peace: Pathetic. That first TD wasn't a TD at all. How did they let that get by? Hmmmm, I wanna know.
February 6, 200619 yr it was a decent game, not played the best though. That first touchdown never should of happened.
February 6, 200619 yr Again. I was far to tired to watch. So what happend witht that "first touchdown"?
February 6, 200619 yr that was a very good game. But the halftime show sucked. Mick Jagger lost all his talent, and he looked like a complete moron dancing around like that :peace: kidswell without even getting into all the ways that the Rolling Stones are great,i'd ask just two things to you all hating them up. 1.do you think you could do any better after all they have lived thru. 2.how much $ are you worth? cuz RS's are worth millions. -gg
February 6, 200619 yr Penalties killed the Seahawks. Stop the holding!!!!! The holding penalties cost them a ball on the 1-yard line after a great deep throw. Then there was the offensive pass interferece in the end zone. Two TD's lost topenalties - if not more.
February 6, 200619 yr What happened is that the head official was mad at Seahawks head coach because back in high school they beat his son in football (trounced!!!) and he was still holding a grudge. Love Steelers, but I'm a Packers' fan first :peace: Either way. They lost. /cry_inside /end_cry That Roffle-Burger Quarter-back guy wasn't in at all. No touch down.
February 6, 200619 yr i didnt even watch it :/. i wouldve if i still had my interest in football like i used to. now all football seems to be is boring.... *sigh* :/.
February 6, 200619 yr i didnt even watch it :/. i wouldve if i still had my interest in football like i used to. now all football seems to be is boring.... *sigh* :/. i don't really watch football much either steve0. but i went to a party..so i kinf of ended up watching it anyway.
February 6, 200619 yr Interesting game.....You can't get a more questionable call than that first Pittsburgh Touchdown. Still, Seattle just didn't play that well. I respect the Rolling Stones but really I just can't watch them. Mick and the boys are almost as old as my parents. The last time my Father flailed around like that he fell on his butt on the ice. It's too hard on my brain to think about a bunch of senior citizens playing Rock and Roll!
February 6, 200619 yr The first touchdown was a touchdown. From what I heard the refs and commentaries say. Is that all the ball had to do was cross the white line the littlest amount. So even if it lined up with the white line it was still a TD.
February 6, 200619 yr It was a bad game. MVP for the Steelers: The refs. Bad calls all over the place. They must have had money on them or something.
February 6, 200619 yr dude, White-Nine stole my response! *grr* oh well. I'm still giving my response anyway... w00t! GO STEELERS! :-D granted I didn't watch the game, but it was probably rigged anyway. all that matters is the Steelers won, hands down in the words of Mick Jagger, "I can't get no satisfaction" :-p
February 6, 200619 yr Again. I was far to tired to watch. So what happend witht that "first touchdown"? I try to explain the reccord:When the Steelers start the "3rd & goal", the Steelers players jump upper the defence of the Seahawk but a Seahawk blocked him by shoulder on shoulder and stop the Steelers toward the white line of the Seahawk area: The ball and the arms of the Steelers touch the ground before the white line and his knee of the right leg touch also the ground and the left knee dont touch the ground but he have stretched or tighted his arms for that the ball touch behind the white line of the Seahawk area for to make this "wrong" td! After to watch and rewatch the replay at the tv, the referre accepted this "wrong" TD for Steelers? I think this TD is wrong because his knee touch the ground before that he stretched his arms with the ball in the TD area: I know some elementary rules because there is my 4th or 5th super bowl that I watched on tv and begin to know the NFL rules who are very differents that the yours universities rules! Egidio.
February 7, 200619 yr Yeah, I agree with you Gator. The bs calls were a momentum killer for the Seahawks. It was interesting, late flags on the 'big' Seahawk plays. Badness all around. Seahawks started out like winners, but I think the Refs eventually killed the momentum.
February 7, 200619 yr There was a football game on? :peace: Don't really watch much sports. But I did see a highlight reel and ya that TD was bull.......Ray Charles could have called that game better.
February 7, 200619 yr Steelers stink! I still think they are a dirty team. Ben did not score a touchdown. The refs stunk up the place. I could have done better than that. My god, Ward as the MVP! Nobody on either side did anything spectacular to even warrant MVP status. They just picked Ward because they had to pick somebody to give the Escalade too. Okay, i'm done spouting. I just have 1 question for you all. Can anyone guess who i wanted to win the Superbowl???? lol
