Spoiled

Featured Replies

I have been playing PC games for a long time, but when it comes to overall graphics i would have to say the Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind really spoiled me when it come to overall graphics in any game.

Now, whenever i go to bestbuy, hastings, or wherever else i always comepare other games to morrowind.

Now it doesn't keep me from buying games, but now lesster games "now" look a little cartooney.

Games like Dungen Seige 2, 1 was good, Dungen Siege 2 looks better then 1, but now just looks cartooney to me when i look at any in game shots of it.

The same goes for WoW, now you guys have told me about the gameplay of it, and it looks good, really good! but before you guys told me i simply looked at the graphics of it, and it looked cartooney to me at lest

I know there probley some really good games out there, its just i'm spoiled when it comes to the graphics of the game, any game.

Now if Morrowind spoiled me, Oblivion will get me even worse.

I'm Spoiled i tell ya, Spoiled! :D

the xbox360 will put all other consoles to shame... oblivion looks great on it. i have to think of how farcry looked when it came out on pc... it was amazing to say the least... and it still looks great, but the tech demo of the farcry on the 360 puts it to shame. i wonder if the pc version is going to be a graphically stripped down version of the xbox360 one? if it isnt, its going to take a couple years before pc's taht can run it max gfx to be compairable to the 360.

Ever see the MGS4 trailer

PS3 is going to put the other consoles to shame.

i was really impressed with morrowind when it first came out. the graphics were astonishing and i spent the better part of 2 years playing it and its 2 expansions. the graphics in oblivion look equally mind blowing...i cant wait for it to be released.

i think youre giving the hardware of the xbox 360 too much credit, kad. ive seen CoD2 on it and i have it for my PC...it looks the same and thats with my nearly 2 year old x800pro. for the price...its performance is untouchable...but not unbeatable.

I've seen the 360, it isn't that great. My PC right now matches some of the stuff on there.
Well Kad, our farcry (PC) came out a good 1 or 2 years ago, so they have had time to upgrade for Xbox, plus as we all know, videos of the movies look better than the game once you start most of the time
