I only play comps....on hard with my dad

The only thing multiplayer is is whoever can make a small attack force and rush first :/

no rush maps wheat, no rush maps.

However, this one guy tried to rush me once, and I was nearly totaly unprepared. (he was ottoman). Well, I managed to hold together and keep my base together. After spying on his base, he had nothing!. So I imediatly made a large army and owned his base.

I think its better. Its real time strategy in the colonial era.

I googled the game name. Looks nice.

I used to enjoy mixing up the shooters with stategies like RA2. I haven't played the still installed RA2 for months.

Thanks for the idea. Maybe a new look would be good for awhile. Perhaps I'll look for a demo to download and try. :)

I actually liked Age of Mythology ALOT more because of how much more complicated it is. I kinda like AOE II more also. Anywho. AOM was mythical and really doesn't apply totaly to the battlefield but each CIV was very unique and had NO similar units like AOE and so required learning about each CIV individually. I'd recommend AOM also. I was a doubter as first but then I read more about it and ended up really enjoying it.

i used to play them all.

aom3 dutch 4 the win:p

We've got a pack of about 6 guys around here that play AoE II. It's really fun playing with friends. Haven't trid III though.
