Funny stories, Stupid people

Well a friend of mine got tired of building his own boxes and debugging etc etc.

He bought a Dell.

Well guess he is the most literate Dell user in the area. The Box is now wiped and reformatted and is getting some new parts.

Go Figure.

LOLOLOLOL

Same thing I did to my mom's tower. She bought it, within a week and a half she screwed it up. I told her to give me $200 and I would make everything better. New GFX card (5200FX AGP), 512MB RAM (as opposed to the 128 shipped with it), and a new 120GB Seagate HDD (as opposed to the 20GB Refurb Toshiba one they ship with it). Now it runs all dandy, but I still have to format the thing every month or so because she is a magnet for viruses.

I had a boss one time who called me into her office to ask me, "How do I erase what I've typed if I screw up?"

I promptly told her there is no way, you messed it up for good, just live with it. :)

Oh, and use the backspace key...

One time I had to explain to a lady for 30 minutes how to find her start button. She was screaming and yelling at me when I told her just to hit the "Windows" key, and that would show her where it was. Ignorance is bliss =D.

HEY! SNAP OUT OF IT!

Enough of that crap. This is a thread for seeing stupid people, not for someone's politcal opinions.

Anyways, yes, as my mom is a Dell owner, I can officially say that Dell owners are the most computer illiterate people in the world.

Yup you are right the thread is about stupid people and the subject of Dell came up so I thought I would contribute to the conversation.

Yup and Michael Dell is buying a New $45 Million Dollar Airplane, and keeping his old one for sentimental value. His old one is only 3 years old.

It sucks, Greedy people are selling our country out.

I don't see where what I stated was a political opinion. There is nothing political about it!
