Okay, somebody explain to me how to get repair points. I am trying to get my 5 repair points, and it isn't working. I thought if you were engineer and either fixed a vehicle or were inside it, you would get repair points. I've even jumped out and repaired a vehicle, still no points. One last question. Do i have to get 10 kills in a round to count for basic or just 10 kills with that weapon??

To get a repair point from fixing a vehicle, someone has to be inside it. Another way is to fix the UAV/Satellite/Artillary.

 

You need 10 kills in a round while using that kit. You could be an engineer and kill 10 people while driving a tank, and it will count for the engineer kit badge.

i think if you repair a vehicle that has half its hp gone you get a repair point. so if its just misiing 1-2 bars of health you wont get a repair point. yes you have to get 10 kills with that weapon... hope this helps!

Crap, that will never happen. I can't snipe, knife or engineer. The weapon for engineer is that stupid shotgun, i cant hit **it with it.

then again what do i know. last night i know i had 46 points in 1 round 19 in 1 and 17 in another, thats 82 points my stats says i only got 20 points cause it said i had 18656 global points and now only 18676. i swear im never gonna get my next unlocks... p.s. i'd like to have all my unlocks i already unlocked, i unlocked that sniper rifle except i never seem to have it in-game though my bfhq page says its unlocked and why cant i use the f2000 in regular bf2 like all of you that have sf also? sorry felt like venting and this seemed the perfect thread for it...

You don't actually have to get the kills with the engineer's shotgun or the sniper rifles. Pick the kits and drive around in a vehicle. Get tank or apc kills, or even command and use artillery.. you will still get the badge.

I should complain more often now it says 18780, granted still need 1220 more points for next rank. and still says 24 days

well you die very well, you should get alot of purple hearts even more then gator...

 

You just have to practice alot wolfey. The only way to be good with a weapon? use it alot.

 

When in a squad and you die ask your squadmates if they need you be a certain class. If your on gator's team don't be a medic 'cause he'll probably ban you for stealing his revive & healing points... I know I know what a noob...

 

the shotgun is really good up close. keep using your wrench fixing tanks, apc's and the uav, arty, radar. you can be in a vehicle drive up to the structure that need repair and you'll repair it without getting out. ranking up repair points is a pain and alot of patience.

The F2000 is one of the weapons for the USMC teams in SF, but if you're playing normal BF2, it's locked until you unlock it. It's just selectable in SF.

just hop in vodnik, do a two wheeler off a hill..get the thing upside down..and repair it as the life goes down lol...i saw someone doing this one day so i tried it and it really does work..exploit anyone???

You have to get a full repair to get a point. That means you have to repair a UAV etc. from 0 to get the point.

Like Smash says, park a vodnik in the water in Sharqi until it starts to lose health then hop in the back seat and repair constantly until you hit what you need. This is an exploit though.
