If I have all requirements for Major General but not Brigadier am I going to get Major General even if I don't get Brigadier?

I just wonder because I thought Major General was a higher rank and it would be odd to get it before Brigadier. I could be wrong and Brig is higher rank.

I just wonder because I meet all req for Major but not Brig.

As you can see below on Sharps65 stats he meets Major Gen req but not Brig either.

Does anyone know or do I have to go fly for an annoying 50 hours and do another 35 in helo just to get one of these.

My main question is, does it skip the rank if I have req for one and not the other. They are the same point total of 180,000.

well, seen as the percentages are the same, i'd say that you have to get those 2 medals before it moves you up

that didnt make any sense. it'll probably just make you a brigadier and then general right after that

You need those badges for anything higher, thats why ta firestorm is still a colonel. You MUST get those 2 badges to get higher than a colonel. Stinks huh

Here is an easy way to remember the general rank ,be my little general,

brig,major,lieut,general, it a military thing lol as the same points i dont think that would be allowed, you would have to get a one before two star.

So....why have two ranks then if you meet one of the requirements you should get that one and then the other when you meet those reqs.

If you have all reqs you are going to skip Brig and have it for like 1 second before you rank up to Major.

What I am saying is Major Gen should be another 10 G higher or even 1G just to make sense.

for this situation i guess so, wow how would that be

1 star= brigadier

2 star= major

3 star= lieutenant

4 star= general

5 star= general of the armed forces

 

atleast thats how the military rankings are...

To bad they didn't split the badges up. One for Brig, then both for Major.

you'll get promoted to one then next kill you'll get promoted to the next

if you have all the requirements to make major general then you'll skip brigadier and just get major general rank.

 

if you dont then you'll just get brigadier rank. if you get all the requirements for major general after you have been awarded brigadier general you do not advance to major.

 

it's a 1 time deal at 180,000 points. you either get brigadier or major.

I hope you spend more time learning proper english than sitting in a tank anyway. But for those that can already spell and use proper grammar we can waste our time in a tank if we like.
