When the 1.4 patch comes out, what should we play? I know this has been asked before, but we need to make our minds up real soon. Many things have happened since the last patch.

i say we do a trial and error with our special forces server, throw the night maps back in and see how it goes, if the patch fails to fix the crash issue (which it most likely will) then option 3 could be the way to go and hope for the best in 2142, we have many options for bf2 vanilla, lets stick with what keeps us populated (server crashes aside)

Vanilla BF2. I am burned out on SF.

I feel there are enough decent vanilla servers and not so much SF. Thats probably why we've had so many people come to our server because its one of very few decent SF servers. I would like to say vanilla but I dont know if it would stay populated all the time. If it wasnt for the crashes there would probably be lots of occasions where it would have stayed running for more than 24 hours. BTW lol @ poll option#3

Best $20 I ever spent and I have been playing more EF/AF than SF recently.

 

I just thought of something. I checked out Point of Existence homepage and they are currently beta testing PoE2 right now. I got a feeling it's gonna be released real soon. I suppose we can host a PoE2 server once it comes out.

There's even less Armored Fury/Euro Forces servers.

I dont mind playing EF or AF once in a while, but I dont think alot of people bought it so I dont know how populated the server would stay

It doesnt really matter what battlefield game we play, cuz im just kinda burned out on BF2 in general. I'll be playing off and on then when BF2142 comes out I'll be back into full gear again.

One is Armoured Fury and Euro Forces - La Cantina RANKED #2 (64.34.240.106:16567) and the other is 24/7 ARMORED FURY & EURO MAPS [uTAC] (209.160.64.92:16567). I'm usually at one of those two. I'm still looking for a Vanilla/AF/EF server.

For personal reasons I say SF because I prefer city maps in Vanilla and most of you guys like the airplanes etc. I don't prefer getting bombed constanly so I like SF.

For clan reasons I say SF also because we have a good following there and things are going good with it.

It doesn't matter much to me. So I'll side with my superior, for SF night trial.

I voted the same like Gator. If everyone is playing on other servers all the time, we should discuss to save the money until perhaps BF 2142 cames out.

I agree, save our money, wait for 2142, then we know we are safe for keeping payments in on it.

 

And you never know, some other game might come out of the shadows and sweep us all away

QFE. i like this idea. it seems that BF2 is dying D: and we should probably hit it off again with 2142. for now, id guess that saving up would be our best bet.

QFE2. i would love to play Vanilla from time to time, but i dont like playing without our clan, because it... its just not as fun without friends :/.

Well, from a social aspect, I say we keep the server up and run vanilla and SF. That give us "home", if you will, in the clan realm and also gives us an opportunity to meet more people whether they're potential recruits or not. If we remove the server then most likely it'll be harder to get everyone together to play and we'll end up being scattered out more. What happened to leagues or scrims? Maybe that'll spark some interest and get folks in the server.

Im still trying to decide but either option 1 or 3. I really don't want to play sf for a very long time. It just doesn't have enough options for the amount of time we've been playing it. Most of us have been playing on Vanilla servers anyway, since there's a big surplus a vanilla servers option 3 may be a good idea.
