August 19, 200619 yr It has intense close quarter action, vid settings are comparible to the F.E.A.R. demo but gameplay is more like BF2 and HL2.

August 19, 200619 yr To get you game at 1280 x 1024 is actually quite simple, however make sure you have all your eye candy settings set before you do this because once you go back to that screen this setting will be lost and you will have to re-do this little "workaround" if you will. The cfg file you need to edit is located in "C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Shared Documents\Monolith Productions\FEARCombat" without the quotes obviously, now open the settings.cfg file in notepad look for Screen Height and Screen Width and set SH to 1280 then set SW to 1024. And there you have it FEAR now "supports" 1280x1024
