It is very unfortunate that we live in a society that does not punish these idiots the way they should be punished and made an example out of them. Instead we have too many bleeding hearts that wont allow justice to be served. The only people that are suffering from the current situation are the law abiding citizens that have to pay for these idiots free lawyers, and their free room and board while awaiting trial and then he will probably be released to a overworked and under paid probation officer only to commit some other Hannis crime. Good job Strobes!

September 5, 200619 yr Author Alabama ICE (Isolate the Criminal Element) is a partnership among federal, state, and local law enforcement officials to reduce the level of gun violence in Alabama. Under the Presidential priority of Project Safe Neighborhoods (PSN), the United States Attorney's Office has partnered with local law enforcement departments, Community Foundation of Greater Birmingham and Department of Justice Science at the University of Alabama at Birmingham to create community awareness of federal firearm statutes, prosecute prohibited persons who carry illegal firearms, seize illegal firearms, and maintain a statistical analysis of the program to ensure its effectiveness. ICE began in February of 1999 in Birmingham. In 2001, under PSN, the Alabama ICE Program was extended throughout the Northern District. The United States Attorney's Office in conjunction with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives has conducted training with local law enforcement in thirty of the thirty-one counties in the Northern District. Investigations and prosecutions are coordinated through the cooperative efforts of the United States Attorney's Office, the District Attorney's Office, Assistant Deputy Attorney General for the State of Alabama, Police Departments and Sheriff's Offices, and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives. All of these agencies work together to give violent crime offenders of federal statutes special attention to make the streets and neighborhoods in Alabama safer places for our families. This program will ensure that we (Alabama) can charge suspects under federal statutes there in putting them in a federal prison which means they get no parol or good time , they serve the full time. Like this female and guy are looking at a min. of 5yrs. We are using this program because there's a federal law about a firearm being used on school property.

Myself abd five other SWAT members were working the game when this all happened. http://www.nbc13.com/news/9775753/detail.html http://www.tv24.tv/news/?newsID=1317 OMG...that must have been one hell of a rivalry!!! Unreal that ppl would pack heat at a highschool football game of all places! Weird. I do some visiting at prisons in area and find that the crime INSIDE is as bad as the crime out in the free world. I've seen ppl with rather light offenses get thrown in the pen only to become a bit more hard core by the time they get out (training?!). Not always the case (some get "scared straight"), but happens more often than not. But toten a gun and shooting in public place should be a one strike your out offense!!! Excellent work Strobes! Be sure to share that with your partners! We civilians appreciate you guys putt'n your skin on the line for the sake of the public!!!
