one of them got on our teamspeak and told me that he was an EA games quality control agent testing some things out...

That's really funny.
Holy smokes, now that's just wrong, what gives EA the right to do that. If that's what really happened.
If we can't stat pad what gives them the right to stat pad. That ban is totally uncalled for. This will travel fast and may put a dent in EA's reputation. I hope he gets unbanned. They should have their own private server to test ways to stat pad not use a public server and show how it is done. Silly EA

EA can't "block a computer" from connecting to a game server. They can only block a CD-Key or an IP address. I also seriously doubt anyone from EA would go onto someone else's server to "test" anything, they have their own servers for that.

I don't think this guy is telling the truth, or not telling the whole story.

total bull... ea you suck

I highly doubt those 4 stat padding players are from EA. Sounds like a scare tactic to me.
don't worry jpenn i was palying with u last night and got kicked to desktop at least 10 times.
I think this guy either got snowballed by somebody with some skills or is making crap up. EA, if they want to test stuff for themselves, can either test on their own server or move to another if they get banned.

something to make you go hmmmm?

I honestly think its bull, just doesnt sound right. But if it were true that would be totally uncalled for

Didn't we got an email a while ago similiar to this? Some chump claiming to be with ea and making threats about various things involving our BF2 server. Something if definetaly fishy about this that's for sure
I think maybe we aren't getting the whole story. But, I guess anything is possible.
